摘要 1973年.Goodwin和Johns成功地从小牛胸腺中分离出一种非组蛋白染色质蛋白,基于这种蛋白在聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳中迁移率较快,该蛋白被命名为高迁移率族蛋白(highmobilitygroupprotein,HMG)。因为其具有结合DNA的能力,最初的研究主要集中于它们在细胞核内所发挥的作用,随着研究的深入,
