摘要 设计了基于LabVIEW的信号模拟系统,利用PXI-4472和PXI-6251板卡进行数据采集和信号输出,对空气流量传感器正常信号和几种典型的故障信号在不同工况下进行了模拟和替换,对比了不同替换信号下进气量、喷油时间、点火提前角以及发动机运行状态的差异。试验表明,设计的系统可以快速、准确地采集保存相关数据,模拟的空气流量传感器信号可以被ECU识别,系统可应用于ECU检测开发、OBD系统研究测试等领域。 The signal simulation system was designed based on LabVIEW .The data acquisition and signal output were con-ducted by the PXI-4472 and PXI-6251 cards .The normal signals and several typical fault signals of air flow sensor were simula-ted and replaced under different conditions and the differences of intake mass flow ,injection timing ,ignition timing and engine working condition between different replaced signals were compared .The results show that the system can collect and save the related data quickly and accurately .The simulated signals of air flow sensor can be identified by the ECU ,and hence the system can be applied to ECU detection and OBD development .
