摘要
选择正丁醇作为助溶剂添加到乙醇-柴油中进行相溶性试验,绘制乙醇-正丁醇-柴油在不同温度下的溶解度曲线,研究正丁醇添加量和含水体积分数对混合燃料稳定性的影响。研究得到正丁醇作为乙醇-柴油混合燃料添加剂的合理添加范围:若要满足十六烷值大于40,乙醇的体积掺混比极限值为20%,此时为保持燃料混合均匀,只需加入5%的正丁醇即可。混合燃料中每多溶解0.1%体积的水,需要使温度升高20℃左右或者多添加2%正丁醇。
The mutual solubility test of blended fuel was conducted by adding n-butanol cosolvent into ethanol-diesel solution . The solubility curves of ethanol-n-butanol-diesel at different temperatures were drawn .The influence of n-butanol addition and water volume content on the stability of blended fuel was researched .Finally ,the reasonable addition of n-butanol additive to ethanol-diesel blended fuel was acquired .5% n-butanol addition could make the blended fuel uniform if the cetane number was larger than 40 and the maximum mixing volume fraction of ethanol was 20% .While the water volume content increased by 0 .1% ,the temperature of the blended fuel needed to increase by about 20 ℃ ,otherwise 2% n-butanol should be added to the solution .
