摘要 为在单缸柴油机试验结果的基础上预测整机性能,在单缸柴油机试验台上开展了多缸柴油机进气歧管内压力波的模拟研究。根据单、多缸柴油机进气压力波的测试对比分析,利用boost仿真工具建立仿真计算模型,用计算结果指导模拟装置的设计。在单缸柴油机试验台上对压力波模拟装置进行了验证,证实了进气压力波台架模拟的可行性,为多缸柴油机的性能预测提供了有效的指导方法。 In order to predict the performance of multi-cylinder diesel engine with the single-cylinder test result ,the pressure wave inside the intake manifold of multi-cylinder diesel engine was simulated on a single-cylinder diesel engine .By comparing and analyzing the intake pressure wave of single-cylinder and multi-cylinder diesel engine ,the simulation model was built with AVL Boost software and the calculated results guided the design of simulation device .The simulation device was verified on a single-cylinder test bench .It was proved that the simulation device of intake pressure wave was feasible ,which brought an ef-fective method for performance prediction of multi-cylinder diesel engine .
