摘要
为了提高单向数据隔离系统的安全性,分析了无源光隔离器的物理原理,并将其应用于单光纤的数据传输过程中,80dB的光隔离度保证了反向传输的光强度在光探测器的探测阈值之下。结合前向纠错码RS(255,239)和物理层编码8B/10B2种编码技术,在保证单光纤无反馈传输链路极低误码率的前提下,提高了双网间的数据传输速度。测试结果表明,在使用1310nm单光纤、1.25Gbps SFP光纤接口模块的条件下,系统内存间的链路数据传输速率最大为850Mbps,稳定为720Mbps,硬盘间的文件数据传输速率最大为300Mbps,稳定为210Mbps。
In order to improve the security of unidirectional data isolation system, the physics principle of passive optic isolator is analyzed. The passive optic isolator with 80 dB isolated tolerance is applied into the single-fiber data transfer process,which can ensure that the intensity of reverse ray is too low to detect. The RS(255,239) code and 8B/10B code are used in the unidirectional data isolation system for reducing error rate and improving data transfer rate. The experiment shows that the maximum rate and steady rate of link data transfer is 850 Mbps and 720 Mbps,the maximum rate and steady rate of file transfer is 300 Mbps and 210 Mbps.
