Control Social Risk of Mass Disturbances Caused by Environment Problems

近年来,由环境问题引发的群体性事件迅速增加,对社会稳定产生较大冲击。也受到愈来愈多的关注和讨论。本文通过综合分析环境群体性事件发生的特点、原因,以及现实中政府应对所遇困境,并对比西方邻避运动的发展历程和解决方法,为我国环境群体性事件的预防和社会风险防控提出一些政策建议。

Mass disturbances caused by environment problems raised rapidly in recent years. The kind of incidents product more strike on social stability, have been focused on and discussed. The paper analyses the characters, causes and dilemma of government handling the incidents. According to the history of Western NIMBY movement, some suggestions are offered about controlling social risk and preventing mass disturbances caused by environment problems.
