摘要
在犯罪学研究中,犯罪预防是一个带有根本性和战略性的重要课题。本文尝试从犯罪经济学的角度,运用经济分析方法研究了犯罪预防的目标,基本理论预设,最佳效果及其限度,以期抛砖引玉,唤起学界对这一问题的重视。
In the study of criminology, crime prevention is a fundamental, strategical and important subject. This article tries to study the aim, the basic theoretical presumptions, the best effect and limit of crime prevention from the perspective of criminal economics and with the method of economic analysis, in order to arouse the academia’s extensive attention on this subject.
