随着知识时代的到来和我国改革的不断深化,教育在我国经济社会发展中正扮演着日益重要的作用。而义务教育作为教育的起点,其质量对整个教育的发展起着决定性的作用。因此,创建世界一流的义务教育意义重大。但是,我们也应看到,就目前而言,我国的义务教育还存在着一些问题,这些问题直接影响着义务教育的发展。本文将从我国的实际出发,分析我国创建世界一流义务教育的必要性和可能性以及存在的问题,为我国义务教育的发展献言献策。

With the advent of the era of knowledge and the constant deepening of reform in our country, the education is playing an increasingly important role in economic and social development. As the starting point of education, compulsory education’s quality plays a decisive role to the development of the whole education. Therefore, it is of great significance to create world-class compulsory education. However, we should also see, for now, some problems exist in compulsory education, these problems directly affect the development of compulsory education. This paper will proceed from the reality of our country, analyzes the necessity and possibility to create first-class compulsory education in our country, and make suggestions for the development of compulsory education.
