摘要 介绍了汽车制动鼓铸件专用生产线及其工艺参数:采用水平静压造型机造型,速度为90型/h;采用15 t/h的双炉体中频电炉进行熔炼,感应炉采用IGBT中频电源;设置自动加配料系统、炉前分析检测系统和抽风除尘系统;采用落砂冷却滚筒和双盘冷却器的双级冷却工艺,选用4 t变频转子混砂机,混砂机带有型砂在线监测系统;采用步进式、吊钩式抛丸清理机清理铸件表面,铸件飞边、毛刺在手工清理工作台上清理。生产验证表明,型废率在3%以内,废品率1%以内;造型线空箱运转节拍90型/h,负载运行节拍约75型/h,2台气眼机效率为一个造型节拍内扎20个气眼;熔化炉各项技术指标都达到设计要求;铸件金相组织与力学性能均符合技术要求。 An automotive brake drum casting production line and its process parameters were introduced: horizontally parting SEIATZU molding machine was used for molding,its productivity was of 90 molds/h;15 t double crucible medium frequency induction furnace with IGBT medium frequency power supply was used for melting;automotive charging and mixing system,on spot analysis system,exhausting and dusting system were set;double steps cooling process by using knock-out cooling tumbler and two disc-cooler,4 t frequency conversion rotor-type sand mixer with on line-monitoring system was used;step-by-step type and hook type wheel blasting machine used for casting surface cleaning,the casting joint flash and veining was to be cleaned on the manual cleaning table. The production validation showed that the mold rejection rate was less than 3% ;empty box running rate of the molding machine was of 90 boxes/h and the molding running rate was of 75 molds/h;the working rate of two venting hole-puncturing machines was of 20 holes per molding cycle;all technical indexes reached design requirements;microstructure and mechanical properties met technical requirements.
