介绍了系列砂箱的特点,详细阐述了三维数字化系列砂箱的设计和制作方法,运用SolidWorks软件设计了三维砂箱的参数化模板,通过系列砂箱设计表设定的数据,以线性阵列的形式对砂箱模板中箱带、加强筋等特征进行叠加重合或展开,解决了砂箱局部特征数量不同的问题,建立了系列砂箱标准件库,对砂箱进行了优化设计,提高了砂箱刚度。通过三维砂箱仿真模拟,有助于砂箱仓库的合理摆放,调控生产现场砂箱存放空间,优化生产计划安排。
The features of sand box set was introduced. The design and production of three-dimensional digital sandbox set were described in details. Parameterized templates of three-dimensional sand box were designed by SolidWorks. Features like reinforcing ribs were superimposed overlap or expanded in the form of a linear array. It solved the problem of Different quantity of features in sand box portion. A standard parts library of sandbox set was create. Sand boxes were optimized to improve the stiffness. Threedimensional sand box simulation was helpful on reasonably placing in sand box warehouse,regulating the sand box storage space on production site and optimizing production scheduling.
