Research and Application of Reverse Circulation Double-wall Drill

介绍了反循环钻井的应用现状、工艺原理和技术特点,研制了自地面至井底的全套双壁钻具。阐述了双壁钻杆、双壁气盒子、双壁方钻杆、双壁双通道单封旋塞阀、双壁环形单向阀以及双壁钻具转换短节的作用、结构、工作原理和基本参数。试验表明,双壁钻具的各项性能均符合设计要求。在现场应用1口井,取得了很好的效果。

The present situation of the application of reverse circulation drilling, process principle and technical characteristics are described, and the double-wall drill are developed from the ground to the bottom of a full range of double-wall drill. In detail the double-wall drill pipe,double-wall box,double-wall drill pipe, double-wall two-channel single sealing cock valves, double-wall ring check valves and double-wall drill conversion sub function, structure, working principle and basic parameters are elaborated. Tests show that double-wall drill performance of the design require- ments. And a well on site application achieved good application effect.
