摘要 为了对新型井下环空防喷器开展相关室内试验研究,设计制造了井下环空防喷器试验台。该试验台通过压力施加端模拟外载荷作用于井下环空防喷器顶端,使胶筒受载压缩变形而对钻柱环空进行密封,利用向测试套管中泵入钻井液进行蹩压试验来有限模拟工具所处的井下环境。通过在测试套管上开设椭圆视窗来观察胶筒的压缩变形过程。结合实际受力情况对试验台主框架进行有限元分析,强度满足要求。 In order to carry out the related indoor test and research of the new downhole annular BOP,the downhole annular BOP test rig is designed and made. The test rig through the pressure exerted ends which analog external loads action on the top of downhole annular BOP, the rubber cylinder is compressed and deformed that make the drill string annulus sealed,then carry on the restrain pressure test through using the drilling fluid is pumped into the test tube to simulate the downhole environment where the tools are in. By opening the oval window in the test tube, the rubber cylinder compression process can be observed. Finite element analysis of the main frame of the test rig is combined with the actual working situation and strength reaches to the design requirements.
