摘要
为满足深水工程勘察船钻机自主配套的需要,在吸收国内外先进顶部驱动钻井装置设计经验的基础上,研制了KDQ40/2250DB型深水勘探船专用的交流变频顶部驱动装置,与我国首艘深水工程勘察船"海洋石油708"配套使用。介绍了该顶驱装置的结构方案、技术参数及厂内试验情况。重点介绍了液控高压球阀、大通径、大跨距等结构的特点。试验结果表明,该顶驱装置的各项性能指标满足了海洋钻井和勘探取样作业的要求。
KDQ40/2250DB top drive was developed to meet the need of self-supporting for Deep water Research Vessel rig on the basis of advanced experience from domestic and foreign top drive drilling system,which is used on the China's first deepwater engineering survey vesseI"HAIY- ANGSHIYOU 708". The configuration scheme and the technical parameter and the factory ac ceptance test are presented in the paper. During the paper,the design features of the system is the main content, such as hydraulic control high pressure valve, bigger diameter and bigger span frame, and so on. Test result indicated that the design requirements are satisfied and the top drive meets the requirements for drilling and the sampling working.
