摘要 针对内蒙探区锡14块超稠油从配伍性、降粘效果、热稳定性等方面入手,利用旋转测定法对乳化降粘剂进行评价,筛选出适合于锡14块超稠油的最佳降粘剂JN-02,330℃高温处理后仍有较好的降粘性能。并对应用参数进行考察,降粘剂最优添加质量分数为1.5%,乳化温度对降粘效果有较大影响,锡14块超稠油的有利乳化温度在80℃以上。 Viscosity reducers were screened for Xi 14 Block based on compatibility, viscosity reducing rate, thermal stability and so on, and were evaluated by using equilibrium method with rotational viscometer. JN-02 was screened out; it was the most remarkable one for super heavy oil with optimum mass fraction 1:5%. The temperature-resistant property of this viscosity reducer was studied. The results show that the viscosity reduction rate of JN-02 changes little after heated at 330℃ for 3 h. The emulsifying temperature has greater impact on the viscosity reduction effect, and the favorable emulsify temperatures is above 80℃ for super heavy oil from Xi 14 block.
