有机单膦酸酯水解方法研究

摘要 有机膦酸是一类重要的有机化合物,在工业和基础科学研究方面具有广泛的应用。本文以2-(6-氯吡啶基)-膦酸二乙酯为原料,运用两种不同的水解方法,得到了两种含不同功能基团的有机膦酸。对所得化合物进行了红外、元素分析和单晶结构表征。研究表明:使用盐酸为试剂,水解产物为2-(6-羟基吡啶基)-膦酸(1);使用三甲基溴硅烷为试剂,水解产物为2-(6-氯吡啶基)-膦酸(2)。 Organic phosphonie acid is a kind of important organic compound, and has been widely used in industrial and basic science research. In this paper, taking 2- (6- chloride pyridyl) - phosphonic acid diethylester as the raw material, organic phosphonic acid with two different functional groups was respectively prepared by two different hydrolysis methods. The products were analyzed through IR, element and single crystal structure characterization. The research results show that: using hydrochloric acid as the reagent, the hydrolysis product is 2- (6- hydroxyl pyridyl) - phosphonic acid; using trimethylsilyl bromide as the reagent, the hydrolysis product is 2-(6-chloride pyridyl) - phosphonic acid.
