锐钛矿相纳米TiO_2的拉曼光谱表征及光催化活性的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究锐钛矿型纳米TiO2光催化活性,本文以钛酸四丁酯为原料,利用溶胶—凝胶法制备了纯锐钛矿型TiO2纳米粉体及不同金属离子掺杂的锐钛矿型TiO2纳米粉体,采用XRD、Raman光谱对纳米TiO2进行了表征,考察了不同金属离子掺杂对TiO2光催化降解甲基橙活性的影响。结果表明:不同离子掺杂后的TiO2与纯TiO2相比,拉曼谱峰强度降低,平均粒径变小,光催化活性提高。 In order to study the anatase nanometer TiO2 photocatalytic activity,the anatase TiO2 and different doped metal ion of nanometer anatase TiO2 powder were prepared with sol-gel using Ti(OC4H9)4 as raw materials. The TiO2 nanoparticles were characterized by XRD,Raman spectra,effects,different ions doping on TiO2 photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange activity results show that compared with pure TiO2 metal ions doped TiO2 has smaller particle size,decreased Raman spectrum peak intensity and improved the photocatalytic activity.
