摘要
本文选取7个评价指标,对青海大学中外教师大学英语教学风格进行了问卷调查,并运用spss统计软件对所得数据进行了系统分析。结果表明:中外教师在教学态度和教学主体方面存在显著差异(P<0.01),在教学方法和语言魅力方面有一定的差异(P<0.10),而在课堂组织、师生关系和教学效果方面差异不明显(P>0.10)。文化异性是影响中外英语教师教学风格的主要因素;发挥中外教师教学风格的互补性是提高大学英语教学质量的途径之一。
Based on the teaching style questionnaires of Chinese and foreign English teachers,Seven indicators were chosen to compare the teaching styles between Chinese and Foreign English teachers. Data were processed with SPSS. The result reveals that there exist significant differences of teaching attitude and teaching focus(P 〈0. 01) between Chinese and foreign English teachers' teaching style. There are partial differences of teaching method and language charm(P〈 0. 10). No difference were found among class organization,teacher-students relationships and teaching effects(P〉0.10). Cultural difference is the main influential factors to teaching styles. Giving full play of the complementarity between two teachers is one of measures to improve college English teaching quality.
