电机转子入轴液压压力机研制及机身计算机辅助三维设计

摘要 根据电机行业中各种电机转子轴的长度和大小不同、不同型号电机的转子轴在转子铁芯的定位不同以及轴与铁芯孔的配合不同等技术要求,研制一种电机转子入轴液压压力机,并针对电机自动化生产工序之一电机转子入轴工序的设备设计,提出一种基于计算机三维软件设计电机转子铁芯入轴小型液压压力机的模式,采用Solidwords三维绘图软件,达到直观、高效设计压力机机身结构和夹具,并根据不同技术要求,利用计算机辅助三维绘图软件强大功能,可快速地改变主机机身、夹具的设计。 The motor industry in the motor rotor shaft length and size is different, and different models of the motor rotor shaft in the rotor iron core of the different and the shaft and steel-core holes with different technologies, such as requirements, develop a motor rotor shaft in hydraulic presses,and for motor automation production processes one motor rotor into axis processes of equipment design, made a based on computer three dimensional software design motor rotor iron core into axis small hydraulic pressure machine of mode, used Solidwords three dimensional drawing software, reached intuitive, and efficient design pressure machine fuselage structure and fixture, and according to different technology requires, uses computer auxiliary three dimensional drawing software powerful features, can fast to change hosts fuselage, and fixture of design.
