摘要
介绍了一款在自然吸气发动机基础上开发的增压发动机缸盖系统的设计和开发方法,进行了CATIA三维设计、CAE分析和试验验证。通过量产验证该设计和开发方法是可行的。为后续增压发动机缸盖设计开发奠定基础。
Introduction of the design and development of the cylinder head system of a turbo charge engine developed basing on a natural aspirated engine,via CAITA 3D design,CAE analysis and tests validation. It is feasible by mass production validation. It has established the foundation of design and development method for further engine design.
