摘要
研究了超(超)临界阀门电动执行机构大推力输出装置的结构和工作原理,提出了电动执行机构大推力装置的理论计算方法,使用Abaqus有限元分析软件对主要零件进行强度分析计算,通过实践证明两种方法的符合性和可行性。
The paper researches the working principle of thrust device for electric actuator of ultra-supercritical valve. It puts forward the theoretical calculation method of the high thrust device of electric actuator,and also analyzes and computes the strength of the main parts with Abaqus finite element analysis software. At last,it proves the compliance and feasibility of the above two methods through practice.
