摘要
提出一种含分布式电源的固定成本分摊方法。由于分布式电源的引入,配电网络的固定成本分摊发生了改变。通过流跟踪技术及贡献因子理论,对引入分布式电源后的配电网固定成本进行了分摊研究。该方法首先考虑将固定成本在有功无功间进行分摊,然后按用户类型将有功无功成本比例分摊给负荷和电源,最后将其分摊至单个负荷及电源。并用一个含分布式电源的简单配电系统的计算实例证明方法的正确及可行。
This paper proposed a method for the allocation of fixed costs in distribution networks with DG. The introduction of DG makes the allocation of fixed costs of the whole distribution networks to be changed. Based on tracing the power flow and the theory of the contribution factor,this paper tries to allocate the fixed costs in distribution networks with DG. Firstly,the fixed costs of the distribution network are allocated to the active and reactive costs. Secondly, the active and reactive costs are allocated to the loads and generators according to the comparison. Finally, the costs are allocated to each load and generators. The paper use a simple distribution networks with DG to calculate prove the validity and feasibility of this method.
