摘要
本文介绍了几种能耐火材料节能技术在水泥行业的应用。通过使用轻质耐磨砖,可以降低回转窑预热带筒体表面温度近42℃;通过制作整体吊顶、预制件矮墙两种节能技术使篦冷机使用寿命大幅提高。回转窑和篦冷机两项耐火材料节能技术的应用,每公斤熟料烧成热耗可以节约3.9大卡,实现每吨熟料节约标煤0.56千克节能效果。
This article describes several energy saving technology in refractory cement Industry.Through the use of lightweight t tiles,we can reduce the surface temperature of the rotary kiln in the preheater-zone nearly 42℃;Passing on the use of the overall ceiling and precast parapet,the two power-saving technology to dramatically improve the life of the cooler.Two refractory saving technology applications in the Rotary Kiln and cooler, heat consumption per kg of clinker can save 3.9 kcal and achieve 0.56 kg of standard coal per ton of clinker energy-saving effect.
