Accoirding to the cause of construction contract risk in high-speed rail project,important significance of improving contract management and reasonable risk prevention strategy,risk management of high-speed rail project is analyzed and at the same time,the specific risk measures are put forward from the practical point of view, in order to promote the healthy development of the construction unit.
