本文针对某工程阀门监造招标文件的编制进行了详尽的分析。该招标文件是在水利工程监理招标文件范本的基础上,参考其他行业监造合同范本,并针对其工程特点修改而成。文中阐述了招标文件中商务部分、技术文件、监造大纲、评标标准及方法的编制,以期为其他类似工程项目招标文件编制提供借鉴。

In the paper, preparation of valve manufacture supervision bid document in one project is analyzed in detail. The bid document is formed by referring to manufacture supervision contract model in other industries and modifying aiming at features of the project on the basis of water conservancy project supervision bid document model. The preparation of the commercial part, technical part, supervision outline, bid evaluation standard and method in bid document are described in the paper, thereby providing reference for preparing other similar engineering projects＇ bid documents.
