摘要
针对航天产品工艺工作发展现状和存在的问题,通过识别、分析工艺管理和技术创新过程中的潜在风险,提出在工艺工作中引入、建设风险管控,明确控制要素和管控方向,以期提升航天工艺管理水平和管控效果。
This paper summarizes the prominent problems in the course of current development of space technics,and analyzes the potential risks in process planning management and technical innovation. A method of introducingand constructing risk management into processing technology is proposed. Finally, controlling factors and direction aredefined with the hope to enhance the process management level and risk control effects.
