摘要 目的:探讨急诊转运呼吸机对肺水肿病人肺顺应性的影响。方法:将2011年10月至2013年11月收治的肺水肿患者82例随机分为实验组和对照组各41例,实验组急诊转运中尽早采取有效的呼吸支持治疗,而对照组转运中常规高流量吸氧,比较两组治疗后的肺动态顺应性、呼吸指数、氧合指数、相关肺功能指标。结果:治疗后实验组的肺顺应性、呼吸指数、氧合指数、各项肺功能指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急诊转运中尽早采取呼吸支持治疗,能有效提高肺水肿病人的肺顺应性及改善预后。 Objective: To study the emergency transport ventilator effects on patients with pulmonary edema. Methods: 82 patients with pulmonary edema from Oct 2011 to Nov 2013 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and each group was 41 cases. The experimental group as early as possible was accepted effective respiratory support in emergency transshipment, and control group was accepted conventional high flow oxygen in transit. The dynamic lung compliance, breathing and oxygenation index, pulmonary function index were compared between the two groups after the treatment. Results: The lung compliance, breathing and oxygenation index and the pulmonary function index in the experiment group were significantly better than those in the control group (all P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Emergency transshipment in treated with respiratory support as soon as possible, indeed can effectively improve lung compliance and prognosis of patients with pulmonary edema.
