An Analysis of Happiness Education Strategies to Raise Police's Sense of Happiness

幸福教育对提高警察生活品质,推进社会和谐,促进公安事业可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。通过认知重塑警察幸福观,情绪行为引导改善警察的幸福感,文化感染提升警察幸福的心理品质,切实提高警察幸福感。通过各种形式的渗透和教育,在日常生活和工作中培养警察感悟幸福、珍惜幸福、享受幸福和传递幸福的能力。

Happiness education has a great practical significance in improving the quality of the police＇s life,promoting social harmony and advancing the sustainable development of public security work. The authors propose that the police＇s sense of happiness can be really improved through cognition process to reshape their outlook of happiness; through emotional behavior guiding to better their sense of happiness and through cultural infection to enhance their psychological cultivation of happiness. In another word, we can work with various forms of penetration and education to cultivate their ability to sense, cherish, enjoy and deliver happiness in daily life.
