浅谈我国高校法治教育之改革

On the Reform of Rule-of-Law Education in Our Universities

我国高校现行法治教育仍然与法治要求不相适应,表现在课程性质定位不准确、教材内容不完善以及教学方法陈旧等方面。高校必须按照党的十八大提出的建立"社会主义法治国家"的目标,准确界定高校法治教育的课程性质,完善高校法治教育的教学内容,创新高校法治教育的教学方法,使法治教育真正成为弘扬法治精神和树立法治理念的重要途径。

The current rule-of-law education in the colleges and universities is still incompatible to the requirement of the rule of law, mainly manifested in the inaccurately defined nature of the courses, the imperfections in content of the textbook and the outmoded teaching approaches. Therefore, according to the goal of constructing ＂a socialist country that is ruled by law＂ which was set by the 18th CPC National Congress,universities should actively take measures to pin down the exact nature of rule-of-law course, further improve its teaching contents, innovate teaching approaches, and make it a truly important way to promote the spirit of the rule of law and implant the idea of the rule of law.
