丝绸之路经济带背景下喀什特区外向型经济发展的思考

Reflections on the Export-Oriented Economic Development in Kashgar Special Zone on the Context of Silk Road Economic Belt

发展外向型经济是喀什特区实现跨越式发展的重要途径,在当前构建丝绸之路经济带及中国与周边国家深化经贸关系的国际环境之下,喀什特区具备了地理位置优越、与周边国家贸易潜力巨大、通道基本畅通以及国家扶持等一系列的有利条件,但同时也在产品结构、贸易结构、企业实力等方面存在诸多障碍因素。针对这些情况,喀什特区应从改善外贸环境,转变贸易方式、构建物流平台、加大招商引资等方面着手,深化喀什特区外向型经济的发展。

To develop the export-oriented economy is the important route to the realization of leap-forward development in Kashgar Special Zone. On the international context of developing the Silk Road Economic Belt and deepening the economic and trade relations between China and the surrounding nations, Kashgar has advantages in geography, great potentials in trade with surrounding nations, smooth traffic and the national supports. Meanwhile, there exist disadvantages in product structure, trade structure, and enterprise power. In light of these, Kashgar must improve foreign trade environment, change trade mode, build up logistic platforms, and strengthen the attraction of investment to deepen the export-oriented economic development in Kashgar.
