The Distribution and Style of the Complement “Yi” in Journey to the Western Region in the Tang Dynasty

通过对《大唐西域记》中"已"表示完结和完成两种动相补语的数量特点进行统计,总结《大唐西域记》的篇章结构方式及动相补语"已1""已2"的频次分布特点,分析《大唐西域记》动相补语"已"的篇章分布特点形成原因:不同的篇章结构方式与语体表达具有密切联系;语体对动相补语"已"的使用具有重要影响。

The phase complement of ＂Yi＂ has two meanings in Journey to the Western Region in the Tang Dynasty： conclusion and achievement. This statistic study summarizes the textual structure of the book and the frequency distribution of the two meanings of ＂Yi＂, and analyses the reason of the distribution of ＂Yi＂ in each chapter： the textual structure is closely linked with the expression of styles and the style has a significant influence on the use of the phase complement of ＂Yi＂.
