腹腔镜手术与疝环填充式修补术在老年腹股沟疝中的应用对比分析

Comparative analysis of laparoscopic surgery and mesh plug tension-free hemioplasty treatment for the elder patients with pediatric inguinal hernia

目的：探讨观察腹腔镜手术与疝环填充式修补术在治疗老年腹股沟疝患者的治疗效果对比分析。方法选取本院2011年5月~2012年5月收治的老年腹股沟疝患者46例，依据治疗方法的不同将46例患者随机分为腹腔镜手术组和填充式修补术组两组，其中每组各23例。分析对比两组患者的手术时间、出院时间、预后情况和手术费用等情况。结果腹腔镜手术组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、出院时间和并发症发病率显著低于填充式手术组，但其相关手术费用显著高于填充式手术组。结论应用腹腔镜治疗老年腹股沟疝患者较填充式修补术取得更为明显的治疗效果，但腹腔镜手术治疗老年腹股沟疝患者的费用较高，一定程度上限制其临床发展。

Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic surgery and mesh plug tension-free hemioplasty treatment in the treatment of pediatric inguinal hernia for the elder patients. Methods Choosing 46 elder patients with pediatric inguinal hernia and randomly dividing them into 2 groups, hemioplasty group and laparoscopic group to observe the effect of operation and clinical indexes. Results The intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay and incision length laparoscopic group were much better than mesh plug hemioplasty group. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is a preferred option, however, it may cause a great financial problem for patients.
