PDCA 循环护理法在促进妇科肿瘤患者术后康复中的应用

Application of PDCA circulation nursing in promoting the postoperative rehabilita-tion nursing for gynecological tumors patients

目的：探讨PDCA循环护理法在妇科肿瘤患者围术期中的应用效果。方法将100例妇科肿瘤患者采用随机对照的方法分为观察组（ PDCA循环护理）和对照组（常规护理），比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的术后肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间、下床活动时间、住院时间以及并发症均显著少于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组术后舒适度均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组的各方面的护理满意度均高于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论 PDCA循环护理可实现护理质量的不断循环、不断提高，其不仅能加快妇科肿瘤患者的术后康复，而且能有效提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To study the application effect of PDCA circulation nursing in operation period of gynecologic tumor pa -tients.Methods Totaled of 100 cases of gynecological cancer patients were divided into the observation group （ PDCA circulation nursing ） and the control group （ routine nursing ） by randomized controlled methods , nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results Postoperative recovery time of bowel sound , defecation time , ambulation time , hospitalization time and complications in the observation group were significantly less than that those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Comfort and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were signifi-cantly higher thanthose in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions PDCA can make the circular nursing quality continuously and con-tinue to improve , it can not only accelerate the rehabilitation of patients with gynecologic tumor after operation , but also can effectively im-prove the nursing satisfaction.
