摘要
目的:探讨家属互补式健康教育护理模式对小儿发热的康复效果。方法将80例发热患儿按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用家属互补式健康教育护理模式进行护理干预,比较两组患儿的康复效果和家长满意度。结果两组患儿治疗效果比较差异无统计学意义( P>0.05);观察组患儿家属发热初期处理、小儿发热正确知识、合理选择退热药物、合理采取降温措施、体温测量方法掌握程度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);观察组患儿在治疗24 h后体温为(37.41±0.48)℃,显著低于对照组的(37.73±0.55)℃,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属总体满意度为95.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论家属互补式健康教育护理有助于提高发热患儿家属健康知识掌握程度,缩短患儿退热时间。
Objective To investigate the effect of parental complementary health education nursing mode on children with fever . Methods Totaled of 80 cases of fever were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group , the con-trol group was given conventional nursing , the observation group was given parental complementary health education nursing , the rehabilita-tive effects and the satisfaction of parents of two groups were compared .Results No statistically significant difference was between the two groups in curative effect ( P〉0.05 );the observation group of parents of children with early treatment of fever , fever in children the right knowledge , reasonable selection of antipyretic , reasonable measures to cool down , temperature measurement method for master degree was higher than that of control group , the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05);the temperature of observation group was (37.41 ± 0.48)℃at the treatment of 24h, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (37.73 ±0.55)℃, the difference between two groups was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 );the overall satisfaction of observation group was 95%, which was significantly higher than that of control group ( 80%) , there was significant difference between two groups ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusions Parental complementary health education and nursing is helpful to improve the health knowledge of parents of children with fever , shorten the time of children with fe-ver.
