喜炎平治疗儿童呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的临床疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响

The therapeutic effects of of Xiyanping injection and its effects serum inflammatory factors in children with respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia

目的探讨喜炎平治疗儿童呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的临床效果和安全性，以及喜炎平对血清炎性因子的影响。方法选择呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎患儿60例，随机分至喜炎平治疗组和利巴韦林治疗组，每组各30例。喜炎平治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用喜炎平，利巴韦林治疗组在常规治疗基础上加上利巴韦林，比较两组患儿临床症状及血清炎性因子（IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α）水平变化。结果喜炎平治疗组患儿发热、咳嗽、鼻塞、流涕、肺部啰音和X线胸片病灶消失时间、住院时间均短于利巴韦林治疗组患儿，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。喜炎平治疗组的临床治疗效果明显优于利巴韦林治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗7d后，两组血清炎性因子（IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α）水平较入院时均下降（P〈0．05），但是喜炎平组治疗后的血清炎性因子水平较利巴韦林组更低（P〈0．05）。两组患儿治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论与利巴韦林相比，喜炎平治疗儿童呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的效果更佳。

Objective To investigate the safety and clinical effects of Xiyanping injection on respir- atory syncytial virus pneumonia in children and its effects on serum inflammatory factors. Methods A total of 60 eligible children with respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia were selected and randomly divided into Xiyanping treatment group and ribavirin group. There were 30 children in each group. All the objects given with routine therapies, for Xiyanping treatment group the Xiyanping injection were given in addition for 7days, while for the ribavirin group the children were additionally given with ribavirin. The changes in clini- cal symptoms and serum inflammatory factors （ IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α） levels between children of the two groups were compared. Results The time span of fever, cough, nasal obstruction, nasal discharge, pulmo- nary rale and pneumonia discharge were shorter in Xiyanping group than that in the ribavibrin in group, there were statistical significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The clinical therapeutic effects in the Xiyanping group was signifi- cantly better than those in the ribavirin group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After therapies for 7 days, the serum inflammato- ry factors （ IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α） levels of both groups were decreased（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Moreover, the levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α were lower in Xiyanping group than that in the ribavirin group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. No series adverse reaction occurred in the course of treatment in children of either group. Conclusions Xiyanping has a better therapeutic effect than ribavibrin in treating children with respiratory svncvtial virus pneumonia.
