仙居抽水蓄能电站高墩连系梁支撑结构优化

摘要 浙江仙居抽水蓄能电站交通桥及工作桥桥墩最大高度40.8m,设置4层连系梁,与拦污栅闸门塔连接,连系梁长6m。经过施工安装对比,及对模板支架的受力分析,指出具体施工工艺流程,最后进行经济对比,最终决定采用多卡悬臂模板支架作为支撑,可以节省材料,简化施工流程,并且安全性、整体性都有保证,同时节省了材料投入,减少了不必要的材料浪费。 The maximum height of bridge piers of traffic bridge and working bridge in Zhejiang Xianju Pumped-storage Power Station is 40.8m, in which four layers coupling beams is set to connect with gate tower of the trash rack, and the length of coupling beam is 6m. Through the comparison of the construction installation and the calculation of formwork supports,the construction process is put forward, the economic comparison is done,then the support style of Doka formwork support is determined to use. The Doka formwork as a support system can save material, simplifying the construction process, at the same time, the security and the integrity are guaranteed, while saving material resources to reduce unnecessary waste.
