摘要
仙居抽水蓄能电站上下水库高差达519m,其上下水库连接公路位于崇山峻岭之间,地势陡峭起伏大,植被茂密通视条件差,施工便道修建难,爆破作业管理控制难,立体交叉作业、高边坡作业、边坡挂渣滚落等安全风险大,施工环境非常复杂,进度与安全问题矛盾突出。针对实际情况,通过研究和实施现场的施工安全风险管理控制措施,并动态优化调整,取得较好效果,具有一定的推广价值。
The elevation difference between the upper reservoir and the lower reservoir of Xianju Pumped-storage Power Station is 519 meters. The road connecting the upper reservoir and the lower reservoir is located in mountains with much craggedness and lush vegetation which create poor visibility conditions, building difficulties for the construction access road, hard control to blasting operation, big security risks of cross-operation and high slope operation as well as slope adhering slag rolling down, difficult construction conditions and obvious contradiction between progress & safety. In view of the actual situations, the construction security risk control measures and dynamic optimization and adjustment are applied to obtain the good effect. It has a promotional value.
