摘要
仙居抽水蓄能电站地面500kV开关站,边坡最大设计高度为55m,分为二级马道,薄壁贴坡混凝土主要布置在二级马道以下,垂直高度为15m,衬砌混凝土施工面积大,浇筑厚度仅为40cm,若采用普通钢模板施工繁琐,材料使用多,同时施工进度及混凝土外观无法得到保证,若利用多卡悬臂模板施工,则可以简化施工流程,同时节省材料投入,加快施工进度。主要介绍多卡模板在浇筑厚度仅40cm的薄壁混凝土中的成功应用经验,取得了较好的效果。
At the ground of 500kV switching station of Xianju Pumped-storage Power Station, the slope maximum design height is 55m, which is divided into two bridleways. The thin-walled concrete slope pastes the following major vertical arrangement of two highly bridleways where the vertical height is 15m. The pouring thickness of the lining is only 40cm,which has a large area of concrete construction. If using the ordinary steel formwork, the construction process is complex and wasting the materials, meanwhile construction progress and concrete appearance can not be guaranteed. If the Doka formwork is applied in the construction, we can simplify the construction process, while saving material investment, accelerating the construction schedule. The successful application experience of the Doka formwork in thin-walled concrete has a good effect.
