聋人大学生工作价值观的调查研究——以南京特殊教育职业技术学院聋人大学生为例

Investigation of Deaf College Students’ Work Values Case Study of the Deaf College Students in Nanjing Technical College of Special Education

本文采用吴铁雄等人编制工作价值观量表及自编的个人基本资料问卷，对南京特殊教育职业技术学院的120名聋人大学生进行工作价值观问卷调查。结果表明：在工作价值观所涉及的七个取向里面，聋人大学生最重视的主要是社会互动取向、组织安全与经济取向以及自我成长取向。不同年级、不同性别、不同家庭背景的学生在工作价值观上存在一定的差异。通过探讨聋人大学生的工作价值观的现状，并进一步分析工作价值观与职业倾向的关系，为学校就业引导和职业心理辅导提供理论依据。

With Wu Tie＇ xiong＇ s work value scale and a self＇ compiled questionnaire, a survey on work value was conducted a- mong 120 deaf students in Nanjing Technical College of Special Education. The results show that in the seven orientations of work values, deaf college students pay most attention to social interaction orientation, organization safety and economic orientation, and the ego growth orientation. Work value differences exist in different graders, different genders, and different family backgrouds. Through discussing the work values of deaf college students, and the analysis of the present situation of work values and professional tendency, this study may provide theoretical basis for students employment guidance and occupation psychological counseling.
