摘要
利用随机扩增多态DNA(RAPD)技术测定了 1 0个猪种 (含 3个杂种 ) 9个杂交组合亲本间的遗传距离 ,并对这些参数与F1生长肥育性状和胴体性状的相关性进行了分析。结果表明 :RAPD标记遗传距离与F1平均日增重呈极显著正相关 ,与屠宰率和瘦肉率呈显著正相关 ,与平均背膘厚、饲料转化率呈显著负相关。
With the help of Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA(RAPD)Markers,the genetic distances between parents,form 10 porcine breeds cross combinations were measured.And the coefficient between these results and such traits of F 1 as the growing and fattening and carcass performance were also discussd.The results showed:the genetic obtained by RAPD marker were positively related to average daily gain of F 1,dressing percentage,lean percentage,significantely,and were negatively related to average backfat thickness,feed efficiency,significantely.Therefore,RAPD can be used in a marker subsidiary selection on parental selcted mating of hybridization.
