基于欧氏距离的区域电网发电收益优化分配

摘要 区域电网互联运行有助于实现电力资源优化配置,各区域电网在形成发电联盟之后如何进行有效的发电收益分配关系到联盟的稳定。本文提出了一种基于欧氏距离的电网收益分配方案选择方法,针对区域电网经济调度问题,在用原对偶内点法求得各发电联盟的收益之后,分别采用Shapley值、等DP指标、简化MCRS法进行收益分配,通过计算各分配结果之间的欧氏距离,最终获得最佳的收益分配方案。对IEEE-39节点系统进行算例测试,结果表明该方法能有效选取区域电网发电收益的合理分配方案,有助于实现电力资源的互济。 The interconnection of regional power grid operation is helpful to achieve the optimal allocation of power resources, the regional power grid to power alliance after the formation of the effective power distribution of income related to the stability of alliance. This paper presents a method for selecting the income distribution scheme of grid based on Euclidean distance, the economic dispatch problem after the regional power grid, the power alliance gains in using primal dual interior point method, the Shapley value, DP index, the simplified MCRS method for the distribution of income between respectively, by calculating the distribution of the results of the Euclidean distance, eventually gains the optimal allocation scheme. The IEEE-39 node example system testing, results show that reasonable allocation scheme and the method can effectively select the power gain of the regional power grid, help each other to achieve power resources
