对碳纤维/BMP316的吸胶工艺进行试验分析,分别从预制件出胶量、层压板缺陷和成型后力学性能等几个方面进行研究,得出了碳纤维/BMP316的吸胶工艺规范。同时发现不同的吸胶工艺影响预制件出胶量,直接影响成型后制件的内部质量;而且吸胶工艺选择不当会造成制件的孔隙率高,孔隙率在一定程度上降低了材料的力学性能。

The bleeding technology of CF/ BMP316 is studied in this paper. The rule of CF/BMP316 bleeding process is shown, which is based on analysis of bleeding constant, the disfigurement and mechanical properties of composites. Different bleeding processes could affect bleeding constant and part quality. An unsuitable process of bleeding may result in higher porosity of com- posites, which may reduce the mechanical properties.
