埃索美拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎4周和8周疗效对比

Evaluation of the Efficacy of Esomeprazole and Omeprazolein in the Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis for Four and Eight Weeks

目的:探讨埃索美拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的疗效对比。方法:100例反流性食管炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组各50例。观察组患者予埃索美拉唑进行治疗,对照组患者予奥美拉唑进行治疗。分别对两组患者治疗4周和8周后的疗效进行评价,并比较两组患者治疗前后的临床症状积分变化。结果:治疗第4周和第8周后,对照组患者恢复率分别为60%、82%,观察组患者的恢复率分别为80%、98%,观察组恢复率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在治疗第4周、第8周后的疗效症状积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:埃索美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎效果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of esomeprazole and omeprazole in the treatment of refluxe sophagitis. Methods： 100 patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （50 cases either group）. The observation group patients were given esomeprazole and the control group, treated with oral ogilvy pull thiazole. The treatment of the two groups were evaluated 4th weeks and 8th weeks after the treatment, and their clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups before and after it. Results ：In the fourth week and eighth week, the recovery rates of the control group were 60% and 82% , and the recovery rates of the observation group were 80% and 98%. The recovery rates of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0.05 ）. The clinical symptom score of the observation group in the fourth and eighth weeks after the treatment were （ 1.87 ±0.55）, （ 1.17 ±0.61 ） and those of the clinical symptoms score of the control group were （4.36 ± 1.22）, （2.27 ± 1.17） respectively. Those of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ：The treatment of reflux esophagitis with esomeprazole had its significant effect and could effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, which is worth clinical promoteion.
