Pharmaceutical Care for 1 Case of Advanced Cancer Patients with Oral Candidiasis

目的:为临床药师参与晚期癌症患者继发口腔念珠菌病的临床治疗提供参考。方法:回顾性分析1例晚期癌症患者继发口腔念珠菌病的临床治疗和药学监护过程。结果:在药学监护过程中,临床药师与临床医生共同探讨患者治疗方案,并根据患者的病情及实验室检查结果及时调整用药,使该患者因多因素导致的口腔念珠菌病得到有效控制,并避免了可能发生的药品不良反应。结论:临床药师参与临床治疗,提供药学监护,建议临床医生使用安全、有效、经济的药品,有利于提高临床药物治疗水平。

Objective：To provide the reference for the clinical treatment of clinical pharmacists participating in the treatment of advanced cancer patients with oral candidiasis. Methods：The clinical therapy and pharmaceutical care for a advanced cancer patient with oral candidiasis were retrospectively analyzed. Results： In the process of pharmaceutical care, clinical pharmacists and clinicians explored options for the patient＇s treatment and adjusted medication according to his condition and laboratory results timely. The patient with multiple causes of oral candidiasis got effectively controlled soon and avoided the adverse drug reactions. Conclusion： It is beneficial to improve the clinical treatment level that clinical pharmacists participate in clinical treatment,provide pharmaceutical care and recommend that clinicians use safe, effective, economical and convenient drugs.
