随着经济全球化带来的不同区域的文化冲突与融合,使得文化自觉问题日益凸现。在中国传统文化受到西方文化的强烈冲击下,青少年对民族文化认同产生困惑。为此,需要以社会主义核心价值体系为指导,加强对青少年的文化自觉教育,引导青少年深刻理解自己民族的历史和文化,辩证地处理传统文化与现代文化、中国文化与西方文化、全球文化与民族文化(本土文化)的关系,创新民族文化,重树民族自尊,重铸民族精神。

With the cultural conflict and integration in different regions caused by economic globalization, cultural consciousness is becoming increasingly apparent. As the traditional Chinese culture being attacked by the Western culture, the youth is confused about the national cultural identity. For this reason, the cultural consciousness education of the youth should be emphasized under the guidance of the socialist core value system. The youth is guided to deeply understand our national history and culture, to dialectically deal with the relations between traditional culture and modern culture, Chinese culture and Western culture, global culture and ethnic（local） culture, to innovate ethnic culture, reestablish nation＇s dignity and to recast the national spirit.
