摘要
对波纹腹板焊接H型钢在工程中合理应用的几个问题进行分析和讨论,包括所适用的构件范围、最小板厚、技术经济性能比较等。通过与国内现行规范规定对比和截面特性分析及量化经济比较,得出波纹腹板H型钢的综合技术经济性能差于平腹板焊接H型钢,且应用于梁、柱构件时性价比较差的结论。除分析薄板构件的耐久性与安全寿命问题外,还对波纹腹板焊接H型钢构件的设计计算与焊接要求等问题进行分析和讨论。
Some issues for reasonable application of corrugated web H section were discussed, such as the suitable component range,minimum thickness and economical property etc. As compared with technical specification on the section characteristics, steel consuming and durability, it shows that the performance of corrugated web H section is not better "than the plate web H section. Further more whose performance cost ratio is poor when using in beam and column. Finally some other issues for design calculation and welding requirement were also discussed.
