摘要
焦化厂的煤塔建筑主要用于炼焦煤的存储和输送,大多采用钢筋混凝土矩形仓体体系。也有少数案例为下部支撑结构采用钢筋混凝土,上部使用钢结构框架+钢料仓体系。目前采用纯钢结构的煤塔案例很少。通过介绍位于巴西的某焦化厂纯钢结构煤塔的设计方案及基本构造,以及该工程含BIM信息技术的运用,证明钢结构煤塔结构体系合理,经济指标好。通过BIM信息技术的运用,使项目设计与及施工效率得到很大提高。在国内钢材产量供应充足、施工工期要求缩短的条件下,推广纯钢结构煤塔并结合BIM信息技术具有非常积极的意义。
The coal towers in coking plants are mainly used for the storage and delivery of coking coal. Most of them are mainly rectangular bins made of reinforced concrete. Some of them are different, which have a braced frame made of reinforced concrete at the bottom as well as a combination of steel frame and steel bin on the top. Currently, there are few coal towers made of pure steel. It is introctuced the designing scheme and basic structure of the coal tower of a coking plant in Brazil, which is made of pure steel. Then it is discussed the application of BIM information' technology in this case. Project practices have proved that the frame of coal tower made of steel is reasonable and has good economic indicators. Since the BIM information technology is applied in this project, the efficiency of designing scheme and construction has been greatly improved. Under the conditions where the supply of steel is abundant and the requirement of construction duration is strict, to promote the use of coal tower made of pure steel with the application of BIM information technology is of paramount importance.
