国内高校创新人才培养模式研究文献述评 被引量:4

Reviews on research literature of training modes for innovative talents in Chinese universities

摘要 对我国高校创新人才培养模式的研究文献进行了系统分析。我国高校对创新人才培养模式的研究具有三大特征:相关研究起步较晚,后期发展很快;获得资助的力度逐年加大,研究水平不断提高;研究内容针对性强,集群特征明显。在全国1 000多所高校中,专门开设相应的实验班进行人才培养模式改革与创新尝试的院校有80所左右,经对比分析发现,具有拔尖创新人才培养模式所占比重较大、培养方法以分段培养为主、实施过程沿袭传统教育模式程度较重等特点。 After analyzing systematically on research literature of training modes for innovative talents in Chinese universities, the authors found out three features in the research of the training modes: the research started late and then developed rapidly, received funding and research level increased gradually, and research content had obvious targets and clusters. Among over 1000 universities and colleges, there are about 80 have tried to offer experimental classes for reforming and innovating talent training modes. The comparison analysis showed that the proportion of training modes for top-notch innovative talents was higher, training methods were mainly staged training, and traditional education modes still accounted for a larger proportion in reform process.
