摘要
目的 了解孕妇产前健康教育依从性现状,探讨影响健康教育依从性的因素.方法 参考文献自行设计调查问卷,选取上海市仁济医院孕妇130名为研究对象,发放调查问卷并当场回收.结果 孕妇产前健康教育依从性总分为50.7±4.66分,依从性总分与学历、居住情况、家人支持成正相关（r=0.257～0.491）.结论 孕妇产前健康教育依从性整体水平较好,仍需制定针对性强的护理措施以进一步提高孕妇产前健康教育的依从性.
Objective To get to know the current situation of compliance of prenatal health education for pregnant women, and discuss the factors influencing compliance of health education. Methods The self-designed questionnaire was delivered to 130 pregnant women in the Shanghai Renji Hospital, and after filling, the questionnaire was taken back immediately. Results The total score of compliance of prenatal health education for pregnant women was 50.7±4.66, which was positively correlated to education background, housing conditions and family support （r=0.257-0.491）. Conclusion The whole level of compliance of prenatal health education is good, but more targeted nursing measures should be set out for improving the compliance.
