Independent colleges refer to those run by general universities and social force cooperatedly at undergraduate level according to new mechanism and new mode. Enough and ideal source of students, therefore, is existing and developing conditions for independent colleges, and enrollment is their lifeline. The paper analyzed the current situation of enrollment in independent colleges, and proposed specific suggestions and measures from macrocosmic and microcosmic angles.
