摘要
目的:建立复方阿莫西林干混悬剂溶出度测定方法.方法:以乙酸铵缓冲液为溶出介质,采用紫外分光光度法测定复方阿莫西林干混悬剂的溶出度.结果:阿莫西林和盐酸氨溴索的线性范围分别为65~260 μg·ml-1(r =0.999 1)和4.25~29.75 μg·ml-1(r=0.9992),回收率分别为99.31%和98.43%,RSD分别为0.48%和1.08%(n=9).结论:该方法简单易行,可用于复方阿莫西林干混悬剂的溶出度测定.
Objective:To establish a dissolution determination method for compound amoxicillin dry suspensions.Methodss:The dissolution was determined by UV using ammonium acetate buffer as the dissolution medium.Result:The linear range of amoxicillin and ambroxol was 65 ~ 260 μg · ml-1 (r =0.999 1) and 4.25-29.75 μg · ml-1 (r =0.999 2),respectively.The recovery was 99.31% and 98.43% with RSD of 0.48% and 1.08% (n =9),respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple and can be used in the dissolution determination of compound amoxicillin dry suspensions.
